- New investor introductions
Target, approach, and arrange meetings with potential investors, including endowments, foundations, family offices, pension plans, insurance companies, wealth managers, and sovereign wealth funds. Sutton Hill has sourced meetings with over 400 LPs across North America, many of whom on a serial basis. - Marketing materials
Ensure that pitch books, annual meeting presentations, quarterly letters, private placement memorandum (PPMs), data spreadsheets and standard questionnaires are on par with those of the most successful private equity firms at raising capital. - Due diligence "heavy lifting"
Project manage the time-consuming fundraising process, including dataroom set up and management as well as creation of dataroom materials. Take a leadership role in responding to incoming ad-hoc requests, questionnaires, and spreadsheets. - Brand building
Build and maintain firm website, execute branded email campaigns, draft and distribute press releases.

Ensure that investor matters are handled in a timely and thorough fashion; draft quarterly letters; annual meeting preparation; co-investment syndication; build and maintain LP online reporting portal; and pro-active engagement with potential LPs in-between fundraises.
